Primary value creation activities
Inbound logistics: Trader Joes has been working with secret suppliers to get their products at a lower price as compared to the public suppliers that are supplying products to their competitors.
Operations: Operations in the various store are conducted even during peak hours. The company has small stores that help in enhancing the convenience of operations. The management ensures that all the operations are conducted at a low cost.
Secondary value creation activities
Human resource management: Trader Joes ensures that they employed learned employees to enhance the effectiveness of their productivity. The employees are paid more than the expected amount.
