Experience in Taking Implicit Association Tests and the Personality Test Results
Go to the Project Implicit website to access the Implicit Association Tests that measures aspects of individual biases and stereotypes from which no one is immune. Select "Take a Test" from the menu items. Read through the preliminary information and click on the "general information about the IAT" link to proceed. Click on the "I agree" link in order to access the tests. Your instructor will not have access to your results, which are anonymous and for your self-discovery to assist you in developing ethical awareness about potential biases. Please take the following tests: Gender-Career, Disability, Sexuality. Feel free to complete as many as you prefer; however, you are only required to complete the ones designated.

My experience in taking the implicit association tests was educative as it revealed that I have a strong automatic association for males with careers and females with families. The second test showed that I have a moderate automatic preference for physically abled individuals over physically disabled individuals. The third test indicated that I have a moderate preference for straight individuals over gay people. My natural strength is that I have personal values that shape my preference for particular groups.
